Its products are custom designed and manufactured in a modern, highly automated factory and meet the requirements of major manufacturers in North America.
DESCRIPTION
The Operations Director reports to the Plant Manager and is responsible for managing and planning production for each project to be completed according to specifications, quality standards and deadlines.
In a context of continuous improvement, the Director optimizes the use of resources, implements processes and performance indicators and ensures cost management for the completion of projects.
His/her team is made up of 2 production managers, 4 foremen and 8 technologists.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
You are bilingual, a graduate engineer (OIQ) and have 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in the custom-made industrial equipment manufacturing industry.
Your leadership is servant-like and you have a track record of success in managing unionized units.
