Reporting to the Vice President, Sales and Marketing, the account manager is responsible for building on the accounts of existing customers and developing new markets. The incumbent will be responsible for business development and relationship management to ensure continued growth in the revenues generated from assigned and developed accounts. With an in-depth knowledge of the market and a strong tracking and customer service approach, the account manager will track orders and collaborate with production and service teams to ensure that customers are served as to exceed their expectations.

Candidate Profile

The candidate is perfectly bilingual, has more than 5 years’ experience in the management of corporate accounts and excels in his or her keen sense of customer service. Experience in the printing industry will be considered an asset.
