Organizational Context

This growing company, carries out projects of construction and design of specialized spaces in the institutional sector. The environment is dynamic and of entrepreneurial culture.


The General Manager is responsible for planning, managing and controlling projects according to best practices while considering risk management and financial profitability. He or she participates in negotiating contractual agreements with clients, suppliers and contractors and ensures compliance with budgets and deadlines. Its team is composed of several project managers and designers with a strong expertise in the sector.

Candidate Profile

This challenge will be of interest to a construction project management specialist who possesses strong administrative, financial and organizational skills. His or her talents as a communicator and a convener make it possible to define the priorities that are essential for the realization and delivery of each project. Ideally you are an engineer, OIQ member, or have a technical background and have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience including at least 3 years in a management position.
